Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vantage ("Vantage", "we", "us"). They cover the Vantage website at vantagevalorant.com, the Vantage web app, the Vantage desktop app, and everything we offer through them (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Who can use Vantage

• You must be at least 13 years old. Vantage is not meant for children under 13.
• If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Vantage only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you. Purchases by anyone under 18 must be made or approved by a parent or guardian.
• You must be allowed to use the Service under the laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address current. We use it to reach you and to reset your password.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Don't share, sell, rent or transfer your account, and don't use one account to give access to other people. Each Vantage account can be linked to one Riot account at a time.
• Tell us right away at vantagevalorantapp@gmail.com if you think someone else is using your account.

4. Vantage and Riot Games

Vantage is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Riot Games. Vantage isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

To show live match information, Vantage asks you to sign in to your Riot account through Riot Mobile. You approve the sign-in on your own phone and Vantage never sees your Riot password. Vantage then uses that session only to read the match, party and player information that Riot's servers make available to your account. You can disconnect your Riot account at any time in Settings, and Vantage then deletes the stored session.

You understand and agree that:

• Your Riot account is governed by Riot's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for following them. Riot may view third-party tools differently over time.
• Riot could change, limit or block the data Vantage relies on, or take action against accounts that use third-party tools, at any time and without notice. We don't control Riot and can't promise that Vantage will keep working or that your Riot account won't be affected. You use Vantage with your Riot account at your own risk.
• Vantage does not modify the game or its files, read the game's memory or inject anything into it, and does not give in-game advantages such as aim help or wall hacks.

5. Free trial, plans and billing

Free trial

New accounts can start a free 7-day trial of every Vantage feature. No payment card is needed and the trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself: when it ends, your access stops until you choose a plan. Each Vantage account and each Riot account can use the free trial once. Creating extra accounts or using other tricks to get more trials isn't allowed.

Monthly plan (automatic renewal)

The Monthly plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each monthly period, starting on the day you subscribe. Your plan, the price and the next renewal date are shown in the app under Settings and in the Subscription card.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a single payment that gives your account access to the Service for as long as we operate Vantage. It never renews and you are never charged again for it. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the Service, not your life or any particular game or platform.

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
• We may change the price of the Monthly plan. If we do, we'll tell you by email at least 14 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
• If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it for a short time. If it still can't be collected, your access stops until the payment is made or you choose another plan.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel the Monthly plan at any time, online, in a few clicks: open the app, choose your name, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription (or use Manage billing to open Stripe's billing page). You don't need to contact us to cancel. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

7. Refunds

Because the free trial lets you try every feature before you pay, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including Monthly renewals and the Lifetime plan, and including partial months after you cancel. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live; where the law gives you a right to a refund, we'll honor it. We will also correct duplicate charges and charges we made in error. See our Refund Policy for details and how to reach us.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Vantage to harass, threaten, stalk, dox or abuse other players, or to target anyone you see in a match.
• Submit false, retaliatory or spam dodge reports, or try to manipulate report counts.
• Copy, scrape, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or the data it shows, or build a competing product from it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the Service, its servers or its security, except where the law allows despite this restriction.
• Get around trial limits, device limits, payment, rate limits or any other access controls.
• Use bots or automated scripts against the Service, or overload or disrupt it.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful or in a way that breaks Riot's terms.

9. Dodge reports and other content you submit

When you submit a dodge report, blacklist a player or send us feedback, you confirm it is honest and that you have the right to submit it. Dodge reports are shown to other Vantage users only as counts and reasons, never with your name. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and use what you submit to run and improve the Service. We may remove reports or content at our discretion, for example if they look false or abusive.

10. Our content and your license

The Service, including its software, design, text and logos, belongs to Vantage and its licensors. While you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. Valorant, Riot Games and related names, images and data belong to Riot Games, Inc. Player statistics shown in Vantage come from Riot and third-party data providers.

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on other companies, including Riot Games, Stripe (payments), Supabase and Cloudflare (hosting), and data providers for player statistics. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that statistics, ranks or reports will be accurate, complete or current, or that the Service will keep working with Valorant or with your Riot account.

Stats, ranks, party detection and reports are estimates based on data available to us. Don't rely on them for anything important. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vantage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, game progress, in-game items or account access (including any action Riot takes against your account), arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

If you misuse the Service or break these Terms or the law, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to defend and compensate Vantage for the resulting losses, liabilities and reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

15. Disputes, arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.

Talk to us first

Before starting a formal claim, email vantagevalorantapp@gmail.com with your name, your account email and a description of the problem and what you want. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days.

Binding individual arbitration

If we can't resolve it, you and Vantage agree that any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be held by video or phone, or in the county where you live. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Either of us may also ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

No class actions

You and Vantage each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims or award class-wide relief.

Your right to opt out

You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing vantagevalorantapp@gmail.com within 30 days after you first agree to these Terms, with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" and the email address of your Vantage account. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms.

If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will go to court rather than arbitration. If any other part of this section is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you and Vantage consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside the U.S., you may also have the protection of mandatory laws of your country.

17. Suspension and ending the Service

• You can stop using Vantage at any time and ask us to delete your account at vantagevalorantapp@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we have to for legal or security reasons. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why.
• We may change, pause or discontinue all or part of the Service, for example if Riot changes or blocks the data Vantage uses. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll try to give at least 30 days' notice by email, and Monthly plans will stop renewing.
• Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 7 and 9 to 16) survive the end of these Terms.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you don't agree, stop using the Service and cancel any plan.

19. General

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Vantage about the Service.
• If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
• If we don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a sale, reorganization or transfer of the Service.
• We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control.
