Refund and Cancellation Policy

Try before you buy

Every new account can start a free 7-day trial of every Vantage feature. No payment card is needed, and the trial never turns into a paid plan on its own. Please use the trial to make sure Vantage works for you before buying.

All sales are final

Monthly payments, Monthly renewals and the Lifetime plan are non-refundable, including partial months after you cancel and time you didn't use. We don't refund because of changes Riot makes to Valorant or to the data Vantage relies on, or because of action Riot takes against a Riot account.

When we do refund

• Charged twice or by mistake: we'll refund duplicate charges and charges made in error.
• Charged after cancelling: if you were charged for a renewal after you cancelled, we'll refund it.
• Where the law requires it: this policy doesn't limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the law where you live. Where you have such a right, we'll honor it.

To ask, email vantagevalorantapp@gmail.com from your account email within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We usually reply within a few days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most billing problems are faster to fix by email, and a dispute may pause your account while it is open.

How to cancel

Open the app, choose your name in the sidebar, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription. You can also choose Manage billing to open Stripe's billing page. Cancelling takes effect at once for future renewals: you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for and are not charged again. The Lifetime plan never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
